One Hour Appointment Window:  When you call Southern Electric, one of our Customer Service Representatives will schedule an appointment that is convenient for you.  We will call ahead approximately 30 minutes before your Technician arrives.  This way we can let you know the Technicians name, so you as the Home owner will know who is coming to your home.

Parts and Labor Guaranty/Warranty:  Southern Electric, Guarantees that the equipment and/or fixtures we supply and install in your home will perform as we stated.  If any equipment or fixture fails during normal use in the first year, we will either repair or replace the item at no charge to you.  On Electrical Panel and Main Service we guarantee guaranty our workmanship for a period of 3 years.  If your panel or service gives you any trouble at any time during that period, we will repair the problem FREE of Charge.  We also guarantee that all materials used will be as specified and up to the Electrical Codes in your area.

Straight Forward Pricing:   With our “Straight Forward Pricing” you as the Home Owner will know up front what the total Investment will be to install or repair your electrical issue.  Instead of charging by the hour, leaving the Home Owner to guess their final bill, we will give you a price that will NOT change.  Regardless of the time needed to take care of your electrical needs, your price does NOT go up.  With Southern Electric you will know to the penny what you’re spending.

Payment Options:  Southern Electric accepts all forms of payments.  We accept All Major Credit Cards, Personal or Cashier Checks, and Cash.

Licensed and Insured:  Southern Electric, is a licensed electrical service company in the State of Tennessee.  We maintain all appropriate licenses and certifications as an Electrical Contractor in the State of Tennessee.  All of our Technicians have been certified and are insured for your protection.

My name is Jay Billman, owner of Southern Electric.  I am an Idaho native of 19 years, currently residing in Thompson Station, TN. I am a Retiree of the United States Navy Seabees with 22 years of Service to our great country.

I retired as a Senior Chief Construction Electrician, and founded Southern Electric in 1993.  I am husband to Romy Billman, a Germany Native.  I have  4 children, 7 grandchildren and 2 special companions named Toby and Cheuy. I have always loved the electrical field and the challenges you face with the trade. I enjoy the day to day electrical operations as well as the great people we service day in and day out.

Our company is a member of the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau of Middle Tennessee, and Business Network International (BNI) of Williamson County.  I have always loved the electrical field and the challenges you face with the trade. My name is George Gore, Lead Electrician for Southern Electric.  I am a New Jersey Native of 14 years, currently residing in Spring Hill, TN.

I have been employed with Southern Electric for over 15 years.  I am husband to Jamie Gore, and beloved Father of 2 beautiful girls Breanna & Bella.

My Name is Robert Adair, My Friends & Family Call me “Tink”.  I am originally an Oklahoma Native of 27 years, currently residing in Columbia, TN.

I have been employed with Southern Electric for 7 years.  I am husband to Karie Adair, and beloved Father of 5 beautiful children Ashley, Sierra, Gracie, Olivia, and Cullen.

I enjoy cooking, fishing, hunting and spending time with my family. I am also a huge Oklahoma Sooners Fan…Go Big Red!

Heather Begley

Finance/Office Manager

My Name is Heather Begley, I am the Finance/Office Manager at Southern Electric.  I Moved to Tennessee in 2006 from Michigan and I currently reside in Fayetteville, TN.

I operate the Marketing, Accounting & Day To Day Operations for Southern Electric.  I have been employed with Southern Electric for 3 years.

I am wife to Kevin Begley, and mother of 2 amazing boys Kaleb & Kaden.  I enjoy watching my children learn & grow, spending time with my family, reading, scrap booking and just being “mom”.
